The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and pilot a statewide Care Management Entity (CME) model for the management and organization of delivery of services for children, youth, and young adults ages 3-20 with complex behavioral health needs who may be involved in multiple systems (e.g., behavioral health, juvenile justice, child welfare). The CME will serve as a centralized, accountable hub to coordinate services for eligible children, youth, young adults, and their families/caregivers (all of which will be referred to as "children, youth, and families" in this document) as described in the scope of work and attachments. Please respond to the solicitation as instructed in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) found under the Attachments tab within NevadaEPro.
