Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Department of Taxation, is seeking responsible vendors to supply Cigarette Stamps. This solicitation will establish a Two (2)-Year Open Term Contract for Cigarette Stamps. The initial term of the contract will be from September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2025. Two (2) one (1)-year extensions will be allowed if agreeable to all parties and is in the best interest of the State of Nevada. FOB Destination pricing is being requested, unit price must include shipping charges. Award will be made to only one (1) vendor. Stamps will be ordered in various quantities throughout the term of the contract. A strong consideration in the selection of Vendor's proposals for the stamps and related services will be the maximum protection offered to the State against illegal reproduction or counterfeiting. Pricing must be held firm for the initial two (2)-year contract period.
