The State of Nevada on behalf of the Nevada Department of Transportation is soliciting for an open term contract (OTC) for Herbicides. The initial contract is for 2 years with the option to renew annually at the State's discretion. See full terms and conditions attached herein. This is not an order. Orders will be placed in individual purchase orders as needed with the awarded vendor.

Prices are requested in gallons, not per container. Vendor invoicing shall match contract pricing.

Shipping/Packaging: All pallets must be banded and or shrink wrapped and clearly marked with NDOT's Purchase Order. Deliveries: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM. Drivers must call ahead to confirm delivery dates and times and must be equipped with a pallet jack to move pallet(s) to the end of the trailer for ease of unloading.

Price to include delivery. Vendor may specify an order size under which a separate delivery charge will be assessed. In addition to the items listed, the state is requesting a balance of the line discount for other comparable items within the vendors capabilities. Each balance of the line product must be quoted an excepted by the state on an individual purchase basis.
