Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.





This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in reference to all required items contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ).





This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 effective 23 February 2024, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation effective 22 January 2024, and AFARS Revision 2023-1129 dated 29 November 2023.





The NAICS code for this requirement is 531120 – Leasing of Building Space to the Federal Government



by Owners, and the applicable size standard is $47.0 million in gross receipts applies to the owners of building space leased to the Federal Government. The standard does not apply to our agent. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is X1AB – Lease/Rental of Conference Space and Facilities.





Evaluation of the quote will be based on price only with conforming technical approach: meaning that the government will have reasonable assurance that the proposed contractor is fully capable of meeting the requirement of the performance work statement. Award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Items for full evaluation information and included addendum.





This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None



Small Business Set-Aside: 100%





Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Alex Norris at alex.norris@us.af.mil, no later than the stated solicitation closing date and time.



Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 60 days after the solicitation close date. All other inquiries or questions resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, shall also be directed to the point of contact listed above.



Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.2 and 3.3 as Government Furnished, to perform Services for Nevada Air National Guard (NVANG) Strong Bonds Training Event services, which includes meeting facilities, one meal, snacks, and beverage services to accommodate 3 support staff and 25 military couples or approximately 53 attendees. The contractor shall provide fully furnished dining, and meeting facilities, which may include some audio visual, and internet support, services, Services, as defined in this PWS. The 152 Mission Support Group Contracting Office, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for these services.



Place and Performance of Services: Performance shall be at a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort with a banquet/meeting or classroom with an on-site food service facility to host an appropriate training environment at a location to be determined, but must be at least 5 miles away, but not more than 20 miles from the Nevada Air National Guard Base, 1776 National Guard Way, Reno, NV 89502. This event will be a designated Saturday which will begin at check-in (approximately 3:00PM) on Saturday afternoon/evening, and end on Saturday night (approximately 9:00PM).

Complete the unit prices/extended amount for the entire event on submission.



Period of Performance (PoP):



The Period of Performance shall be one designated day (Saturday) for: 25 May 2024



Event would start at 3:00 PM with check-in and ending at 9:00 PM the same day (Saturday) of the designated day.
