The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Northern California Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Johnson Controls Inc (JCI) to replace obsolete Network Automated Engines (NAE) with Series Network Engines (SNE) that support the JCI Metasys Building Management System (BMS) at the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System in North Las Vegas, NV.
Vendors who can provide these items should be able to demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the items listed below. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, SAM UEI, business size and Socioeconomic Category (HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.com), and Representations and Certifications must be completed prior to any future award. Any vendor capable of providing this requirement shall notify the Contracting Officer by e-mail by November 27, 2023, at 12:00 PM PST. The NAICS Code is 334513, Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables with a size standard of 750 employees. If your firm is an SDVOSB or VOSB, it must be registered with Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert).
All information is to be submitted via e-mail to Katherine.Fairley@va.gov.
Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within of the discretion of the Government.
This synopsis does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this synopsis.
