This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-24-Q-0056. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. NAICS Code 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery Repair & Maintenance is applicable and business size is $12.5. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 19 December 2023 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Requirements

This non-personal service contract satisfies the mandatory 6-year internal maintenance and hydrostatic testing with chemical removal and refill service required for all of the AMEREX Model 674 150LB (10A:120BC) HALOTRON I Wheeled Flight-line Fire Extinguishers in Navy Region Southwest. This contract includes the ability to perform Corrective Maintenance (CM) while the maintenance is performed. The timing for servicing the cylinders is based on the original delivery schedule to the installations from 2018 to 2019, beginning with NAS Lemoore and continuing with NAS Fallon. ALL services to be completed by September 30th, 2024.

Inspection and acceptance: At Destination by the Government.
