NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) to Systems Technology Forum, Ltd. for the 66 Weapons School Advanced Communications Training services.

The contract action is for an Advanced Communications Training for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 4 Jan 2024, 10:00 AM PST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
