THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 21- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing BRAND NAME OR EQUAL Teleflex DLX-200-USP Arrow Rhythm DLX Ultrasound machines with Monitor bundle, cart, case & accessories. This will result in a fixed price Purchase Order in support of the VA Reno Healthcare System, located at 975 Kirman Ave, Reno, NV 89502.
The ultrasound machines will be used in the Infusion Clinic and Hospital in Home program to obtain vascular access in cancer patients. These machines need to be compact and portable while providing vascular access navigation and tip confirmation.
