This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein.

Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-01 effective 11/14/2023, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 10/30/2023.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is: 517111 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers.

The Small Business Association (SBA) Size Standard: Number of Employees - 1,500.

The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is DG11 - IT and Telecom - Network: Satellite Communications and Telecom Access Services.

Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming services; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum.

This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None.

SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:59 PM PST

Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date.

Description: The NVARNG requires 1 year of internet and phone service at four recruiting storefronts in the Las Vegas area. The anticipated period of performance is 01/01/2024 through 12/31/2024.

The NVARNG Storefront locations are:

1. 2021 N Rainbow Blvd 103, Las Vegas, NV 89108

2. 7017 Spring Mountain Rd 102a, Las Vegas, NV 89117

3. 5905 S Eastern Ave 106, Las Vegas, NV 89119

4. 775 W Craig Rd 150, North Las Vegas, NV 89032

The NVARNG requires the following at each of the storefront locations:

1. 200 Mbps/ download - minimum

2. 20 Mbps/ upload - minimum

3. Wireless router for Wi-Fi capability

4. Provide voice capabilities

Quote Specifics:

Quotes must:

1. Be written on official company letterhead that lists the company’s name, address, phone number, and point of contact;

2. List costs per storefront location;

3. Itemize services and equipment, e.g., name of service package, installation fees (if any), equipment costs, etc.

4. Company preformatted quotes are acceptable.
