This is a request for quote to provide emergency residential services and medical respite services for homeless veterans in Accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) contained Herein.



Please refer to the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and VAAR 852.273-73 for details on how to respond.



IDIQ Period of Performance: 09/01/2023 - 08/31/2028



Ordering Period One: 09/01/2023 - 08/31/2024

Ordering Period Two: 09/01/2024 - 08/31/2025

Ordering Period Three: 09/01/2025 - 08/31/2026
