This is a sources sought announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No quotations are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis.

The National Park Service, Lake Mead National Recreation Area has a requirement for a contractor to supply (4) 15 feet x 100 feet launch ramp boat kits for lake access. The ramps will be made from aluminum 3-foot sections that hook together and rollup to move in and out of water for transportation. Units will have proper half sections to allow us to combine two ramp kits making a 30-foot x 100-foot mat as well. Required attachments will be needed to push, pull, rolled mats in and out of the water from the shoreline, as well as full kits to pin mats to shoreline once dispensed. An automatic unit that connects to wheeled loader and/or telehandler forklift to Hydraulically dispense and retrieve 2 spools of mat rolled on unit from inside cab of equipment.
Roll-up aluminum launch ramp kit items must come with these minimum specs:
* Bespoke plate, including hydraulic connections.
* Plant attachment.
* Reusable Steel Framework.
* (2) Spool Assembly.
* Instructions and setup manuals for all items.
* Aluminum- Full Panels ¿ to make (2) 15x100 foot mats.
* Aluminum ¿ Full and Half Panels ¿ to make (1) 30x100 foot mat.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 238990 ¿ All Other Specialty Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $19 million in average annual receipts.

Vendors responding to this sources sought notice should include the following information:
1. Company name, address, UEI number, point of contact, telephone number and email address.
2. Information/photos/website links of similar products that meet or exceed the government specifications.
3. Any experience supplying or servicing this equipment.
4. Provide the company's business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, ISBEE).
