The VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) located in North Las Vegas issued Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26123Q1020 to procure window cleaning services. This firm-fixed price RFQ is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 561720. Please see RFQ document Statement of Work for requirements. RFQ closing date is extended to September 8, 2023, at 10:00AM PDT. Receipt of Amendment 0001, 0002 and 0003 must be acknowledged as instructed on box 11 of amendment. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation required to provide semi-annual window washing services in accordance with the Statement of Work. Proposal instructions are provided in provision 52.212-1. Evaluation factors are provided in provision 52.212-2. This is 100% set aside for SDVOSB ONLY.
