The USDA Forest Service (FS) Intermountain Region (R4), Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest have a requirement to secure a qualified vendor who can provide a contract to provide 2 Travel Trailers. All labor, parts and products installed, must meet manufacturer’s specifications, this includes all non-OEM aftermarket items which may be necessary to meet specifications.
The 2 Travel Trailers are for Road Crew Personnel when out in remote locations conducting their duties.
The contract shall not exceed 120 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed with the order. The COR, designated to receive the 2 Travel Trailers will inspect the travel trailers and identify any deficiencies of the equipment.
The COR shall promptly indicate acceptance or rejection of the 2 travel trailers.
Accomplish all work in a professional and workmanship like manner at no additional cost to the Government.
Warranty response time shall be coordinated between the COR and the Contractor.
