Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) plans to issue a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Stryker Brand Name Only Hysteroscopes for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in North Las Vegas, NV.
The solicitation number for this RFQ is 36C26124Q0314. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 24, 2024, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
VA s Gray Market Items terms and conditions apply pursuant to VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items. As a result, vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the items identified to be eligible for participation with this acquisition. Vendor must be able to provide the documentation that demonstrates such aforementioned authority.
With your response, please provide evidence showing compliance with the Gray Market clause. Failure to provide the required information may result in a determination that your company is not a viable source.
This synopsis does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this synopsis.
