The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA or Owner) has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining sealed proposals (Proposal) from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR/Respondent) to provide Pre-Construction Services and potential Construction Services (Services) for the Concourse Development Project (Project) at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). The required Services include pre-construction and potential construction services associated with the full replacement of two (2) existing terminal concourses, full or partial replacement of two (2) connector concourses, a new Central Utility Plant (CUP), airfield pavement (apron and taxiway/taxilane) work, infrastructure and utility relocation, and demolition of existing structures and pavements.
