Meet at the Harry Reid Technical Center ( See Attachment Map in NGEM for Directions .) Meet representatives from UNLV Planning & Construction (P&C) and/or Purchasing at entrance to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Visit. Due to the sensitive nature of the site walk location, UNLV is limiting group size to six (6) individuals per walk, two (2) individuals per firm. Time slots are on a first come, first serve basis. Contact frances.heiy@unlv.edu to schedule a site walk . Contractors who completed walks on RFP 843-FH will be asked to sign in but not required to redo the site-walk . Additional Walks will be arranged if required.
