The Work generally involves the construction of Craig Ranch Regional Park Multi-Use Fields which includes grading, utilities, pathways, sports fields, irrigation system, playground, restroom, plantings, fencing, signage, and other miscellaneous related items. The demolition work includes existing trees and existing structures, and relocation of existing fence.


The Project shall be completed within two hundred and seventy (270) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup, and demobilization.


The estimated monetary range of the project is: $12,500,000 to $15,510,000.
