The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District (“Owner”) hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified and licensed as a construction manager/general contractor (“Applicants”), to submit written Proposals for the performance of Construction Manager At Risk services for the CMAR of the new West Las Vegas Library (“Project”).

PWP No: CL-2022-540

Estimated Project Cost: $25,000,000.

Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis, and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor, and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project.

Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin December 2022 and construction is anticipated to begin July 2023, estimated completion December 2024.
