Summary: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Eagle Station Sewer Replacement Project. The project will consist of the pipe bursting of the existing 8-inch diameter asbestos cement (AC) sewer line and replacement with a single upsize 10-inch diameter thermal plastic pipe consisting of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe material using pipe bursting methods. The pipe bursting will be performed for two segments totaling nearly 2,000 linear feet of existing sewer main located near the intersection of Eagle Station Lane and Silver Sage Drive. The project will also include the replacement of a water pressure relief valve with a check valve near the intersection of Silver Sage Drive and Koontz Lane.
