SCOPE OF WORK: Installation and removal end of life Infrastructure to include Chiller, Boilers, and

Components at various UMC locations including 2040 Building, Main Central Plant and Trauma center.

ESTIMATED COST: $7,800,000 - $8,280,000

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 02, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ambulatory

Conference Room located in the Delta Point building at 901 Rancho Lane, Suite 265, Las Vegas, NV 89106.

Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System on January 26, 2023.

All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in writing by John.

Goodnow@umcsn.com) no later than 2:00:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2023. OWNER will issue

any necessary Addenda by close of business Thursday, February 23, 2023

Bids will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com before March 2, 2023 at

2:00:00 p.m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website and will be opened immediately thereafter.

Bidders and other interested parties are invited to attend the Bid opening via WebEx. WebEx information

for the Bid opening is listed under the Event Details tab in NGEM.
