The Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following work, see Contract Documents for full details.



The Sites of the Work will be located at multiple District owned facilities; at which replacement and/ or repair work is directed by the District. Required services will be related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning(HVAC)repair services on an as needed basis.



Work shall consist of, but not limited to, installation of new HVAC equipment, replace existing HVAC equipment and/or repair existing equipment, make modifications, or additions at any District owned facility as directed by the Engineer.



Engineer's estimate: $600,000 annually
