The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Russell Campus Building & Fire Prevention Chiller Replacement and is located at 4701 West Russell Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89118. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual.

The Work consists of the demolition and installation of (2) Water Cooled Chillers, (3) Chilled Water Pumps, (2) Condenser Water Pumps and (5) Variable Frequency Drive’s with associated appurtenances, piping, cabling, wiring and conduits to support the approx. 119,000 sf facility located at the address above. Work also includes all permit coordination.

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Selective Demolition, and removal of (2) existing 155-ton Water Cooled Chillers and equipment curbs, (3) Chilled Water Pumps and (2) Condenser water Pumps with associated appurtenances, (5) Variable Frequency Drive’s, and removal and disposal of HX-2. Installation of (2) new concrete chiller equipment curbs, matching of existing exterior and interior finishes including mockups, Provide and install (2) 165-ton Water Cooled Chillers, (3) Chilled Water Pumps and (2) Condenser Water Pumps with associated appurtenances and (5) Variable Frequency Drive’s for the new Chilled Water and Condenser Water Pumps, and Installation of power upgrades necessary to adequately support the new electrical/mechanical equipment. Work also includes installation of (1) Chilled Water Supply and (1) Chilled Water Return exterior connections for future temporary chiller connection and a turn-around loop as indicated on the drawings. (No temporary chiller is required on this project.)
