The "project" of which the "work" is a part titled “Indian Springs School Pool Pump House Replacement” and is located 400 Sky Rd., Indian Springs, Nevada 89108. The "work" is described in the project drawings and divisions 01 through 26 of the Project Manual.

The work consists of the demolition of an existing pool pump house and the construction of a new pool pump house approximately 544 sq. ft.


Scope of work includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: the project consists of the design and construction of an approximately 544 sq. ft. new CMU pump house/pool equipment room. Scope of work includes demolition of the existing structure, abatement of asbestos required, and replacement with a new structure including appurtenances, concrete, masonry, metals, thermal moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, plumbing, electrical and exterior improvements. Scope also includes the removal, protection, and reinstallation of the new pool equipment.
