UNLV is seeking experienced and qualified CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) FOR UNLV
SCS Secondary Power Source
in support of the Planning and Construction Department.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, A BIDDER MUST BE QUALIFIED AS A BIDDER WITH THE STATE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE COST CATEGORY REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT. PLEASE REFER TO http://publicworks.nv.gov/Bids/Bids/.
A MANDATORY Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, March 08, 2023 at 10:00am (PST) at the following location. System Computing Services Building - 4505 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89154. (See Attachment Map in NGEM for Directions.) Meet representatives from UNLV Planning & Construction (P&C) and/or Purchasing at entrance to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Visit.
