The NGEM system allows for bidders to save their work. Please make use of this capability in order to give your company enough time to review your response and upload any other documents on the day the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes so that you do not miss the cut-off time. **Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be immediately posted online and available to the public for viewing. RFQ Due Date and Opening

Scheduled closing date and time for RFQ submittals. RFQ'S SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY via NGEM are due NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME ON December 22, 2022. "Submitted" means that the Responder has: 1.) provided all required responses and attachments 2.) digitally signed the RFQ on the Response Submission Tab and 3.) received a confirmation after clicking the Submit Response button. After the deadline has passed, the system will not allow Responders to submit and the server clock will govern. Partial submittals will not be accepted. RFQ's will be publicly opened and unsealed electronically immediately following the RFQ closing at the BCN Purchasing office located at 17th Street and West Stadium Way, Reno, NV 89557, unless stipulated otherwise in the RFQ Documents.
