In accordance with the attached specifications, RTC is looking to select a vendor that will produce the described types of un-encoded TVM ticket stock. Quantities in this solicitation are an amount based on the contract term, including option years. All tickets will be ordered as needed by the RTC Project Manager. The amounts indicated allow for fluctuations in annual ticket usage and are not a guaranteed annual order amount.
