It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders to provide weekly landscaping maintenance services, with additional emergency work as needed, at the eleven (11) RTC locations in accordance with the Scope of Work and RTC Properties list. The initial term will be from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for four (4) one-year periods. The RTC will evaluate each Bid Location separately and award a contract or contracts based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid for each location. A bidder may be awarded a single or multiple locations on the lowest responsive and responsible bid provided for each location.
