To address existing challenges and prepare for further regional growth, a study to evaluate the existing transportation network and program future transportation projects, services, and travel demand management approaches is warranted. This study will evaluate current conditions of the transportation network and model what the network looks like when the planned developments are completed. The baseline would utilize existing plans and data including Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) transportation data, projects identified in the Northeast Valley Master Transportation Plan, local agency comprehensive plans, and future Nellis AFB expansion, the Nellis Complex Compatible Use Plan, residential, commercial, and warehouse plans. The results of the analysis will provide recommended projects, transportation services, travel demand management opportunities, and regional policies, which are prioritized through an implementation plan.

FEDERAL FUNDS : This project is 90% federally funded.
