The City of Henderson, Nevada, on behalf of the City’s Redevelopment Agency, is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to conduct Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Assessments, clean-up/reuse planning, area wide planning, along with community outreach, project management and reporting necessary to implement the Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Grant.

Upon completion of the City’s approval process, the Contract initial term will be for three (3) years, with the City’s option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.
