The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to create original three-dimensional and/or new media artwork for the newly renovated Third Street Pedestrian Mall in downtown Las Vegas. The budget for this commission is $174,000.
