Notes
The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals for qualified Cultural Resource Management firms (Consultant) who have qualified Architectural Historians on staff, to conduct a Historic Context and Reconnaissance Level Survey of historic resources dating from 1946 to 1982 in an area known as Twin Lakes, and the surrounding neighborhoods. The survey area covers approximately 843 acres containing 1,611 parcels that are roughly bounded by Vegas Drive, North Rancho Drive, North Decatur Boulevard, and South US 95.


This project has been funded with assistance of the Nevada State Historic Preservation Office through a Department of the Interior grant (Federal Project No. NV-22-10015).
