Summary: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Desatoya Drive CDBG ADA Improvements Project. This federally funded project will enhance crosswalk safety and will implement ADA accessibility at two intersections that are highly used pedestrian routes for students walking to and from school. The project improvements include replacing sidewalk, curb and gutter in poor condition, constructing new curb ramps designed to improve pedestrian safety, and replacing associated roadway pavement necessary to facilitate installation of the improvements.
