A MANDATORY Site Visit will be held on Friday, October 21 at 9:30 am (PST) at the Harry Reid Technology Park, Blackfire Innovation Building, 8400 W Sunset Rd, Suite 400, Las Vegas, NV 89113. The Walk will gather on the first floor and then proceed to the kitchen location on the 4 th floor. Meet representatives from UNLV Purchasing to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Visit.




The project consists of an interior tenant improvement to build-out a commercial kitchen at Blackfire Innovation at the Harry Reid Tech Park, Floor 4, Building One 8400 W. Sunset Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89113. The work includes general construction, kitchen equipment, hoods and utility infrastructure for a complete commercial kitchen as described in the construction documents provided in Exhibit B
