UNLV seeks a consultant to provide professional services to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for the UNLV Transit Center Parking Garage, Bridging Documents, and Owner’s Representative Services for the design-build construction of the Transit Center Garage. The Transit Center Garage will contain at least 1,000 parking spaces, and possibly up to 1,500 parking spaces or more. The garage may contain shell space on the ground floor for office and/or retail use. The garage will be between four and six levels.

The consultant will provide civil, traffic, parking, architectural, and structural design services for the creation of the project Bridging Documents, as well as Owner’s Representative Services
