Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) invites interested firms (Bidders) to submit bids to buy Scrap Metal as described in the attached documents via an online auction.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, please read carefully:
(i) This notification is to inform Bidders that the Auction Preview Date and Time is from May 30, 2023 through June 20, 2023 closes at 9:00 a.m.
(ii) Auction On-Site Preview of Scrap is June 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
(iii) Last Day for Questions is June 13,2023 at 4:00 p.m.
(iv) Remote Pre-Solicitation Conference/Instructions June 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (via Microsoft Teams)
(v) Last day to provide Response Submission for invitation to bid June 20, 2023 before 9:00 a.m.
(vi) Auction Issue Date (live auction- portion) is June 20, 2023:
Lot #1 for Scrap Dirty Brass - Auction Issue Time starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 10:10 a.m.
Lot #2 for Scrap Copper Tubing - Auction Issue Time starts at 10:30 a.m. and ends at 10:40 a.m.
Lot #3 for Scrap Copper Wiring - Auction Issue Time starts at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 11:10 a.m.
(vii) Bidders interested in participating and gaining access to the live auction, which is during the Auction Issue Date and time period noted above, shall be required to do the following. Failure to adhere to the following requirements will result in Bidder not receiving an invitation to the said period and therefore w
ill not be able to submit a Bid.
(a) Bidder will be required review the solicitation and attached documents;
(b) Bidder will be required to respond accordingly to the “Attributes” and “Response Submission” tabs within the NGEM System for this solicitation. Bidder shall be required to provide a valid email address as identified under the “Attributes” tab. Bidder acknowledges that failure to provide a valid email
address will results in Bidder not receiving an invitation to the Auction Issue Date & Time period.
(c) Once the requested information has been provided, Bidder shall submit their response by selecting/clicking on the “Submit Response” button which is in the “Response Submission” tab prior to the close date and time identified.
