COUNTY is soliciting Submittals from firms qualified to provide from all ERP support service companies with extensive experience in SAP ERP ECC including NetWeaver, Business Warehouse (BW, BW/4HANA), Business Intelligence (BI), Process Integration (PI), Governance Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Solution Manager, SAP Enterprise Portal/Fiori Gateway, HANA database, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Kronos. COUNTY is seeking to augment the existing ERP Office with consulting services allowing for mixing and matching of services in the areas of Financials (FI) and Logistics, Human Capital Management (HCM), SuccessFactors, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Environment/Infrastructure (BASIS), Security, Management and Advisory Services, Data Analytics, and Kronos.
These services include those needed to support the existing functionality that has already been deployed, as well as any new development in SAP or other related ERP applications. These include a wide variety of services including configuration and customization services, systems management, development (ABAP/JAVA/JAVASCRIPT/HTMLUI5/SAPUI5), BW/BI expertise, and Advisory experience in an effort to elevate the responsiveness of the ERP Office to the user community.
The pricing model for providing these services can vary to include time-and-materials for full-time staff augmentation, time-and-materials for on-demand remote support, firm-fixed-price, or a combination of these models.
