A MANDATORY Site Visit will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM (PST) at the Campus Services Building - 4505 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89154 in the Grey Lot. ( See Attachment Map in NGEM for Directions .) Meet representatives from UNLV at entrance to the CSB lobby to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Visit.

UNLV seeks an experienced and qualified Nevada-licensed general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide the following services for the Campus Services Building (CSB) Renovation Project: Pre-Construction Phase and, if the proposed GMP(s) is (are) accepted, to proceed with the Construction Phase – (collectively, the “Project”). The Project shall comply with the requirements of OSHA, all applicable federal, state and county statues, regulations, and codes.

This Project has multiple phases to address the renovation of the exterior south and east sides of the CSB Building and to renovate up to nine (9) interior spaces. During the construction schedule development process, it is the responsibility of the CMAR to make reasonable improvements as necessary to the proposed construction schedule by further recommending the design/construction phasing that reduces the proposed duration of construction. Among the items that should receive consideration in achieving these objects are: identification of long lead items, further development of the phased construction strategy, initiation of preliminary discussions with the approving agencies during the design phase to expedite their reviews, and proactive interaction with subcontractors to establish their commitment to the project’s budget and schedule objectives.
