The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled STEPHANIE CAMPUS AUTOMOTIVE NEW TRAILER and is located at 5800 E Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89122. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 33 of the Project Manual.

The Work consists of the construction of Off-site and On-site wet and dry utility connections, domestic water, sanitary sewer, electrical, low voltage, central HVAC Controls, Access Controls, Site improvements, including but not limited to new asphalt paving for an open area for parking and yard storage, vehicular roadways, signage and wayfinding, installation of a new site perimeter chain-link fence, site lighting, and associated onsite electrical and low voltage/ communication distribution upgrades

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Demolition, Cast-in-place Concrete, Cold Formed Metal Framing, Metal Fabrications, Metal Stairs, Metal Railings, Rough Carpentry, Sheathing, Plastic Laminate Clad Architectural Cabinets, Plastic Paneling, Fiberglass Reinforced Grating, Water Repellants, Thermal insulation, Vapor Retarders, Self-adhering Air Barriers, Spray Foam Air Barriers; Standing Seam metal Roof Panels, Metal Wall Panels, Soffit Panel, Flashing and Sheet metal; Roof Accessories; Joint Sealants; Steel Doors and Frames; Flush Wood Doors; Aluminum Window; Door hardware; Glazing; Supports for Plaster and gypsum Board; Gypsum Board; Acoustical Panel Ceilings; Resilient Flooring; Resilient Base and Accessories; Exterior Painting; interior Painting; Panel Signage; Post and Panel Signs; Wall and Door Protection; Toilet Accessories; Fire Protection Cabinets and Wall Mounting Brackets; Vertical Louver Blinds; Low-Voltage Electrical Power Conductors and Cables; Grounding and Bonding for Electrical Systems; Hangers and Supports for Electrical Systems; conduit for electrical Systems; Boxes for Electrical Systems; Identification for electrical Systems; Power System Studies; Wiring Connections; Lighting Control Devices; Low Voltage Transformers; Panelboards; Wiring Devices; Enclosed Switches; Interior Lighting; Exterior Lighting; Communications; Structured Cabling; Access Control; Gate Access Control System; Building Intrusion Detection; Earthwork; Clearing and Grubbing; Rough Grading; Excavation and Fill; Backfilling; Trenching; Erosion and Sediment Controls; Asphaltic Concrete Paving; Concrete Sidewalks, Curbs, Gutters; Chain Link Fences & Gates; Water Distribution; Sanitary Sewer; Perform a minimum of 6” wide x 4’ deep exploratory non-destructive vacuum excavation trench along the route of all new utility trenches prior to mechanical methods of trenching for installation of new underground utilities.
