The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals for development of an urban forestry management plan to include an inventory of all trees on the City of Las Vegas property and in public rights of way and ensure that the species of trees are diverse for the protection from catastrophic loss due to pets or disease; and prepare an Urban Forestry Management Plan in alignment with relevant City of Las Vegas 2050 Master Plan outcomes, including any necessary policy recommendations and budgetary needs for City Council for urban forestry.
