The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Pinto Campus IT Operations Data Center Chiller Replacement and is located at 1670 Pinto Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106.

The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual.

The Work consists of the construction of removal and replacement of two water cooled chillers and associated pumps, VFD’s, refrigerant detection, controls and piping.

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Site Demo & Repair: Selective demolition of exterior CMU wall, handicap ramp railing, building louvers, exterior wall and tree and landscaping for chiller removal. Replace landscaping, CMU wall, railings, louvers, and wall on completion of work Chiller Demo & Replacement: Remove and replace (2) 150-ton chillers and associated pumps with new similar models, provide temporary cooling and emergency hydronic piping. Includes demolition of (2) existing water cooled chillers, (2) chilled water and (2) condenser water pumps and associated appurtenances, installation of (2) new water cooled chillers, (4) pumps, and associated hydronic piping and appurtenances, installation of emergency hydronic piping and appurtenances, temporary cooling and power and associated power upgrades for new equipment.
