Summary: The Juvenile Courts HVAC Replacement Project includes but is not limited to replacing the southern existing Multi-Zone HVAC Unit on the roof. The unit will be required to communicate the new BACnet communication system (will be installed under a different contract and project). The bid price shall include costs for engineering design specifications, local and state permitting, removal of existing Multi-Zone HVAC Unit, installation of new Multi-Zone HVAC Unit, configuration of piping, and all tools, equipment, materials, and labor for the full installation of the Multi-Zone HVAC Unit. Photographs of the existing HVAC which include nameplates are shown in the Attachment.
