AMENDMENT 1

To ensure maximum competition, the State has elected to offer a second opportunity for prospective vendors to view the facility. Vendors who attended the original walkthrough are not expected to attend again.

All questions must be submitted through https://NevadaEPro.com and all changes to the project plan will occur via Bid Amendment in NevadaEPro.
This addition does not change the overall project timeline.

Due to recent and ongoing severe weather events in Northern Nevada, the process for this solicitation has been delayed. At this time, the Nevada Emergency Operations Center is active. Once the active emergency has passed, another Amendment will be issued to schedule a facility walkthrough and announce a new deadlines for questions, answers, and proposal submission.
