625.02.04: Temporary Impact Attenuators. One year Open Term Contract for Temporary Impact Attenuators. The temporary impact attenuators MUST be an approved product reflected on the Department of Transportation's Qualified Product List (QPL) in order to be considered. Proposals on products not listed on the QPL but accepted by NDOT prior to bid opening date and time must be accompanied by documentation from the Department of Transportation confirming that the product(s) has been approved. Award may be made to multiple vendors. Vendors wishing to propose pricing for multiple product lines must submit a separate quote for each product.
