Site Visit: 4 May 2023 at 0900 AM PDT. Meet-up will be at the Nellis AFB Visitor's Center at 0830 AM PDT. All vendors MUST RSVP by submitting names diretly to SSG Felicia Ordaz via email at felicia.ordaz@us.af.mil, no later than 1 May 2023 at 1200 PM PDT. No more than two (2) representatives per company may attend.

Questions that may arise from the Site Visit, shall be asked, in writing, and sent no later than 5 May @1400 PM PDT. Questions submitted after the aforementioned cutoff date will not be reviewed or answered. Questions shall be sent to SSG Felicia Ordaz via email at felicia.ordaz@us.af.mil. All responses to questions will be posted to SAM.gov for viewing.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1. The solicitation number is F3G2EB2349A101. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective 16 March 2023.

3. This requirement is solicited 100% Small-Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code 238210.

4. Below is the contract line item number.

CLIN 0001 – Power Supply Upgrade IAW SOW 7.7.22

5. Description of requirement for the item to be acquired.

Delivery Date: 5 weeks ADR

Delivery/Ship to Location: Nellis AFB, NV

6. Place of delivery is Nellis AFB, Nevada, and inspection and acceptance is FOB destination.

Offers are due on Wednesday, 10 May 2023, at 14:30pm PST. Offers submitted electronically via email will only be considered for this requirement.
