NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 517410 Satellite Telecommunications. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by AFFARS 5313.501 to SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP for STARLINK Mobile High-Performance Kits (4) with shipping and STARLINK Mobile Internet Service.

The contract action is for STARLINK Mobile High-Performance Kits (4) with shipping and STARLINK Mobile Internet Service. for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 1:00PM PDT, 12 May 2023 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
